We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Returns must meet the criteria and your product must be in the same status as it was received, unwritten or unused, labeled and kept in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order items when receiving the goods. If the items are defective, damaged or sent incorrectly, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exception/No returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gas products. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.
Sorry, we do not accept promotional products or gift card returns.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the required item is to return it and purchase a new item when the return is accepted.
EU 14 days of calm
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the item without reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same state as it was received, untraveled or unused, labeled and kept in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you after receiving and checking your returned item to inform you whether to approve the refund. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and post refunds.
